From my experience, the fastest way to grow is to get around people actually doing deals, even if you feel like you don’t know enough yet. Walk properties, run numbers, talk to lenders, and make offers sooner than you feel ready because the real learning happens once you’re in motion. And don’t stress about finding the perfect mentor, just show up consistently and add value where you can, the right relationships form naturally.
