My name is Samir Kaouche, and I'm a French wholesaler based in France (EU). I'm currently transitioning my focus within real estate investing after recently experiencing financing challenges on a residential rehabilitation project in Northern France.

I'm now pursuing opportunities in land flipping and home wholesaling , which aligns better with my current resources and business strategy. My initial interest was in rehabilitating distressed properties, but I've found that land flipping and home wholesaling offers a more accessible entry point with fewer financial barriers and less emotional complexity.
