New Property Management Company
It is a pleasure to be apart of this ever-growing community! I had joined years ago when I first started learning more about real estate in general and the opportunities it offers. Rejoining now as a new property manager within a highly competitive market, I could not be more excited to learn from this community while also being open to offer any avenue I might to assist others in any capacity I can. Thanks in advance for any and all advice, connection, etc. as I am looking to continue improving myself, my business, and ideally the lives of property owners/ tenants.

Well said, this community is certainly ever-growing.
Some advice to help you learn from the community & grow your network:
- Make it easy for people to find you by putting your contact information on your profile. Heads up, your Instagram link came up as "unavailable". Not sure if this had to do with me clicking the link on a computer vs. a cell phone.
- Set up keyword alerts. You'll get notifications anytime a topic of interest is mentioned in these forums. Great way to learn from Q&A within the BP community.
- Follow Locations i.e. Chicago.
Lastly, attend local events here on BP as well as meetup and eventbrite. I find that in-person events can lead to high-quality conversations, introductions, and referrals... especially when you're in a competitive market.
