Montgomery County, PA
Semi new investor from the suburbs of Philadelphia / Montgomery County. In the past (2015-2017) found much luck in my local area market with a few multi unit rental properties. However, due to major fluctuations during the past few years with prices seeming to reached highly unreasonable levels I have put a hold to my real estate investing.
In the past year I feel that it has begun to level off and start a downward trend for housing prices in my target area of Montgomery County, predominantly the city of Pottstown and surrounding areas. I am curious to know if there are any other investors in the area, and what they are experiencing currently.
