Hope you all are doing well. 

I’m a newbee here. I have been in the industry trying to gain knowledge for about 2 years now. I have been watching bigger pocket podcasts and cannot appreciate more how valuable and useful they have been. A big thank you to the bigger pockets team. Very grateful!!!
I am based in Los Angeles, CA, have a 9-6 job and my experience includes only a wholesale of 1 property so far. I’m trying to begin building my rental portfolio.

 Good stuff on getting started. I'd look to get started by investing in the midwest. It is landlord friendly. Ton of tech companies are investing here like intel, google, amazon. Good market for cashflow and strong appreciation.
