NOCO Real Estate Investing

Camden Green
Posted

Hello,

My name is Camden Green, I am a college student and an aspiring Real Estate Investor/Agent in the Fort Collins/NOCO area. I am interested in niches such as commercial real estate, BRRRR Strategies, long-term hold strategies, and house hacking. I am looking for a mentor in the area: someone with experience in the industry to show me the ropes and teach me different strategies to start my portfolio.

Camden, love the ambition—starting early and asking for mentorship is a strong move. Two tips: pick one lane for your first play (house hack or long‑term hold) and set a tight Fort Collins/NOCO buy box so you can underwrite a few deals weekly and talk to a local PM to sanity‑check rents and expenses.

Which submarkets are you eyeing in NOCO, and what buy box do you want to test first?
