Quick Introduction about me and my long term plans using STR to further invest

Hey there investors, I'm recently getting into this space. I am just now starting with a STR in my area and plan to expand in the future with 4-5 STR in mind. I will work on optimizing my current airbnb, learn from the experience and improve from there. Long term I plan on using profits from my STR to get into Mid term rentals and start getting into Duplexes and Triplexes to earn more consistent income as well. If anyone is in the are and would like to share some input or information that would be great, thanks.
