Handyman in Parkchester , Bronx

Hi everyone,

I recently made an investment in the Parkchester buildings int he Bronx. If someone could suggest a handyman in the Parkchester area or tell me where to look, that would be greatly appreciated.

What is the best way to get rid of a  renter who has stopped making rent payments? I've heard that eviction may take longer than six months.
