New and looking to learn
Hi, my name is Jeremiah and I have been a landlord for just over 10 years. I only own 1 investment property at this time but I am looking to change this for 2026. I am interested in expanding to a diversified portfolio and I am interested in BRRRR, flipping, property management, contracting, single family homes, and multi-family properties. I have a lot to learn so I will be here soaking up as much information as I can. I would love to connect with a mentor in my area to learn from while providing back value to the mentor. I look forward to learning and earning in 2026.
