New to Bigger Pockets: Eager to learn
Moved to Wake Forest NC 4 months ago. Are there any in-person webinars I can attend to start learning how to invest and create passive income? I really want to know what the steps are that I can take to move toward diversification. I'm interested in investing in land, a small multi-family building or a storage facility.
To be honest, the more I read, the more I'm confused. Ugh
