Newbie, looking to est' an LLC for investing to build out a portfolio in college town
Hi Folks,
I'm new to investing. Did some research a few years ago, but life and covid got in the way, I Blinked and it's 5 years later. Determined to get started in 2026.
We're looking to develop our a portfolio of rental properties in college town(s). Anyone doing something similar, I would appreciate the chance to connect and learn a little from your experiences.
Initially looking at Gainesville, FL; as we're there multiple times a year for work, but very much open to other similar markets, if anyone has any suggestions.
We're looking to cash purchase, refinance and repeat; but I still have a lot to learn and research.
