I was late to 2008 but looking for ways to capitalize on any 2026 dip in values. What's happening in the market? Any thoughts on interest rates?

Welcome to BP (or welcome back)
What is happening in the market is not as important as how good is the deal you are looking at today.
It is smart to take advantage of a downturn in a market cycle. However not all deals are good even in a downturn and there are good deals to be had even when the market is strong and priced high.
