Mentor and/or knowledge

Posted

Hi, I'm 46yrs old  living north of Boston. I work hard at a W2 job with very little reward, financially. I've been interested in learning how to get into real-estate for a couple years but, don't have an inkling of knowledge or how to go about finding it (outside of being told to stay out bigger pockets). I really want to learn the ins/outs of the game! Can someone please take me under their wing!!!

Welcome aboard, @Michelle Bluefort. Starting feels overwhelming at first, but learning one strategy and one market at a time makes it manageable. So it's all about consistency and fundamentals that matter more than speed.
