Hello, I’m Josh, a 23-year-old just starting out in wholesaling in the west Chicago suburbs. I’m still working toward closing my first deal and am focused on expanding my network as much as possible. My long-term goal is to invest in residential real estate. However, I’m starting with wholesaling to build initial capital and strengthen my deal analysis skills before purchasing my first property.
