Hello everyone — it is a pleasure to be here.

My interest in real estate started in 2022 while doing sweat equity on a house flip near Detroit. We handled nearly all of the work ourselves, which gave me early exposure to underwriting decisions, cost tradeoffs, and the realities behind the numbers. I later worked as an HVAC technician while in college, which deepened my understanding of building systems and long-term operating costs.

I’m currently a facilities management student with a strong focus on deal underwriting, operating expense analysis, and tax lien research. Because my background combines hands-on building experience with financial analysis, I naturally approach deals from both a numbers and real-world execution perspective. Recently, I’ve been helping investors:

  • Underwrite residential and small commercial deals
  • Sanity-check operating expenses and maintenance assumptions
  • Identify operational risks that impact post-closing cash flow
  • Build structured tax lien files with yield and risk considerations

I’m here to contribute where helpful, learn from others, and add value to deal discussions. If anyone ever wants a second set of eyes on a deal or has questions around operations, expenses, or lien evaluation, happy to talk.

I'm genuinely looking forward to learning from the community and contributing where I can.
