Hello everyone!

Active podcast listener here and I’m excited to start learning from you all through this format as well!

I’ve been working toward getting deeper into real estate investing, and one thing that stood out early is how much of a project’s success depends on what’s happening behind the scenes.

That’s what led me to start Landed Ally, focusing on administrative coordination to help keep projects organized and moving.

Still early in building this out, but looking forward to connecting with others working on active projects.

Kadesha, welcome to the BP community. You are absolutely right that execution behind the scenes is what keeps deals moving and profitable. Landed Ally sounds like a strong niche, especially as investors scale and need reliable coordination. Keep building relationships with active investors. That is where your best opportunities will come from.
