Operator & PM – Multifamily + Co-living
Hi everyone,
I’m Amanda — real estate investor and operator. I own a portfolio of 20+ units across Baltimore, Western Maryland, and southern Pennsylvania, and also oversee a co-living portfolio of 300+ units along with long-term rentals through Indigo Blue Property Management.
My focus has been on repositioning assets, improving tenant retention, and building operational systems that allow properties to perform consistently over time. A big part of our work lately has been around structuring co-living properties so they’re set up correctly from the start and can run efficiently at scale.
Looking forward to connecting with other investors and operators here — always interesting to see how others are approaching different markets and asset types.

Hi @Amanda Riggs nice to meet you! Love the focus on operations and consistency, especially at that scale. Getting the structure right upfront makes all the difference long term. In our co investing club, we look at ALOT of deals, and it’s always great seeing operators who are executing like this.
