Hi,

We are planning to renting out in the future. We have a house right now. We want to learn first what to do. What advice can you give us?

Hi @Romer Basco

There's a few pieces of advice if you're just getting started.

1. Educate yourself on the market you plan on investing in. ( Memphis is the market I work with investors in, and we really prioritize this step! )

2. Meet with your banker

3. Build you team

These are solid first steps if you're getting started. If you're still doing market research, I'm happy to hop on a call and let you know how we work with first time investors in Memphis to help build your rental portfolio.

Best of luck!
