Hey BiggerPockets! Edwyn here from Riverside County, California.
I am brand new to the platform and honestly just excited to be here. I have been diving deep into real estate over the past few months and wholesale is the path I have decided to pursue. I am in the early stages — learning the fundamentals, studying my local market, and trying to absorb as much as I can before I make my first move.
A little about me: I am based in Riverside County, CA in the Inland Empire area. I am currently studying wholesale strategy, ARV, rehab estimating, and deal analysis. I am self-motivated and committed to doing this the right way, and I firmly believe this industry rewards people who show up, stay consistent, and treat others with respect.
What I am hoping to get out of this community is simple. I want to learn from people who have already been where I am starting, understand what mistakes to avoid early on, and build genuine relationships with people in the Southern California market and beyond.
I do not have deals under my belt yet, but I do have the drive to get there and the humility to know I have a lot to learn. If you are in the Inland Empire or have experience in the Southern California market, I would love to connect and just listen.
