Hi everyone,

I’m new to BiggerPockets and wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I’ve already received a couple of kind messages after commenting on a post, and while browsing the forums I saw the New Member Introductions section. It seemed like a natural place to say hello.

I’m Hollie MacKellar, a Qualifying Broker based in Fairhope, Alabama. Most of my real estate perspective comes from Alabama’s Eastern Shore and the broader Coastal Alabama market.

I’m not primarily an investor myself. I’m on the brokerage side, though I do have experience with investors, second-home buyers, and income-producing properties.

A lot of my perspective comes from working in lifestyle-driven markets, where a property decision is not always just about the numbers. It is also about location, timing, daily use, and the long-term picture behind the purchase.

I’m looking forward to learning from the conversations here and contributing where my experience is relevant.
