My name is Luran, I’m a 26‑year‑old real estate investor based in the Texas area. I’m currently focused on wholesaling as a way to raise capital for my first property, since I don’t yet have the funds to acquire deals directly.

My goal is simple: I want to provide real value to fellow investors by bringing them solid deals with accurate numbers. I’m working hard to build a reputation for transparency and reliability, and I’d love to connect with others in the area who are active in rehabs, flips, or buy‑and‑hold strategies.

I’m especially interested in learning the best ways to nail down rehab and repair costs so I can make sure the deals I bring to the table are truly profitable for everyone involved. If you’re an experienced investor or contractor in the Philly/South Jersey market, I’d really appreciate any insights or resources you can share.
