Greetings from Newport Beach, CA

Hey BiggerPockets ๐Ÿ‘‹

New here and wanted to introduce myself.

On the brokerage side we handle the buy/sell/lease transactions, but most of my world is what happens after the deal closes โ€” keeping properties running well and assets performing. That means day-to-day property management (tenants, maintenance, leasing, the stuff that eats your weekends) plus the bigger-picture asset management: protecting NOI, watching expenses, and making sure each property is actually pulling its weight in the portfolio.

I've always thought the management side is where a lot of returns get made or lost, so I love talking shop on operations, tenant retention, repositioning, and how owners can squeeze more out of what they already own.

Mostly here to learn from this community. If you're managing properties around here (or wish you weren't ๐Ÿ˜„), feel free to say hi.

Looking forward to being part of it!

โ€” Kris
