From Aerospace to Real Estate
Hey everyone, I'm Kyle! I am about two years in to my investing career and looking to finally see what BP is all about. I have listened to the podcast for a while and finally decided to jump in here. I am the owner of a duplex that I purchased and renovated while working full time at an aerospace manufacturing company. Between my work schedule and doing the renovations myself, it was not a quick turn project. However, things went very well and I got it cash flowing within my budget.
During the many late nights and long weekends at the property working, I discovered that I really enjoyed the process. Real estate investing runs in my family and it has always been an interest of mine. This is only the beginning! I am in the early stages of getting another project online to further cashflow my property. In the meantime, I just wanted to do more research of my next steps and connect with other investors. I am excited to be here and learn from the many investors that make up the BP community.
