Hello all! My name is Craig and my professional background is in property and casualty insurance. My goal is to purchase duplexes for buy and hold to create $10k in monthly passive income over the next 18 months. I have been concentrating on cities in the Midwest. I'm a newbie to BP as well but have been listening to the podcasts for a while. I live in South OC and am always working in Irvine. I am starting to buy in a couple of different Midwest states as well and have been pretty impressed with the ROIs vs. So Cal.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers).
First - Welcome to BP! - 10k a month is an aggressive target but not unattainable. Good luck and let us know if you need anything. Leverage the resources on BP and ask questions. I know you can succeed if you put your efforts at it.
