New To Real Estate Investing - Focused On Wholesaling
Hello All!
I'm new to Real Estate Investing and I've decided to focus on Wholesaling. I've been reading books and articles online that discuss different ways to get started but I'd like to get feedback and advice from those of you that have been involved or are currently involved in wholesaling. What steps did you take to get started? What were some of the obstacles you faced while putting together your first deal? How did you become successful in wholesaling?
