Greetings all, I'm a newbie to the BP nation and curious about how this works.  I've been a part time real estate investor since 2000 and  currently have 38 student rental beds across four properties.   One of the properties is a fraternity house and I've yet to meet a fellow owner of this type of investment.  I'm curious to know if there are other fraternity house investors out there.

I recently quit a corporate gig and looking to expand the real estate business along with a few other things.  I am interested in financing strategies 1031s, buying deep, tax strategies  and peer to peer lending.   I'm also interested in helping others who are considering getting into the real estate business, particularly student rentals.   Looking forward to learning more at Bigger Pockets
