Hi everyone. I'm new to this community but have been an active real estate investor for 5 years. I bought my first home in 2010 and my first investment property in 2013. They are now both rented with great tenants and I have just finished renovating my third property that I am about to list shortly. I currently do this part time and feel that I am off to a good start with my investments. I'm here looking to learn from all the brilliant minds out there and share my few learnings with like-minded people.
