Hello all,

My name is Jelani and I currently work full time as a software engineer in the downtown Orlando area. I presume like many have done before me I began to think about different ways to accumulate wealth after reading Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad book. I've gone to a Rich Dad seminar where the subjects of investing and real estate were the two main topics. My appetite for learning and understanding investing and real estate has been whet since that time. It no longer seems to be a far fetched thought to me that I could get into the business of real estate. I've already signed up to attend my local REIA tomorrow to get acquainted with those who are already further along than I. So I am here to be a sponge to learn as much as I can and then more importantly take action and learn along the way.
