@Don DeMarco I do mostly investing, but my company is a full brokerage. I have only 6 agents with me, do not offer a lot of training for new agents. Everyone I have is very experienced. I do mostly residential investing and also note investing. Let me know if I can be of help.

Hello and welcome! I am 59 years old and I found BP about 4 months ago and I am still learning. I graduated college with a business degree and I got a broker license in 1980. Regardless of that (the graduation thing) I felt more comfortable in the construction business. I have been in the construction business since I was 17.
