My name is Cassandra and I'm a 28 year old entrepreneur. I currently own a successful residential, commercial and Airbnb cleaning business. I have also started dabbling in property management for Airbnb rentals and some commercial properties.
I am currently trying to invest in my own Airbnb properties. I pretty much know how it works in terms of guests, cleanings, etc., but still trying to find some properties to rent out.
I eventually would love to be able to flip houses and own properties. I don't know enough about it yet, but am looking forward to learning!

The Boston Reia meeting on Tuesday June 7 in Dedham features a speaker about Airbnb. Could be a good source for info and contacts.
It looks like MA regulation of Airbnb is only proposals not law.
