Hello everyone, stumbled across this forum after reading Brandon Turner's book, "the book on Rental Property Investing". After receiving a significant sum of cash I am looking for advice on how to put some of it to use through rental properties. I work in investment management and private banking by day, but am looking to trade stocks for blocks and start understanding more about how real estate investing helps create a less fragile financial future. Eager to learn and thanks for having me, I will try to be an open book regarding my progress and decisions in the coming months, targeting my 1st purchase by October 1st 2016
