We are having a first ever meeting of BP Members from the central Florida area to meet and find out what everybody is doing in Real Estate. The meeting will be at Creegan Property Group at 439 Lake Howell Road, Maitland, FL 32751 at 6:30 PM on Sept 28!!

A number of active BP investors from Brevard County have been meeting in Palm Bay every two weeks for years. We've got an experienced cadre who attend regularly, to include a couple of Realtors, rehabbers, and wholesalers who attend. My husband, who is assigned to Patrick AFB, and I are long-term hold investors, completing a rehab once or twice a year.
And then there is CFRI, which meets on Merritt Island once a month and in Orlando once a month. So there are a number of options for meeting like minded individuals in the Melbourne area. I look forward to meeting you at one of them.

I'm a real estate broker here in Brevard county. I do the bulk of my business in Satellite Beach, Indialantic, Indian Harbour and Melbourne Beach. I also attend the Palm Bay meeting that Kerry mentioned, it's a good group. Feel free to reach out if I can help you in any way.
