Hey everyone,

My name is Joe McCarthy and I'm excited to join BiggerPockets. I graduated Purdue with a degree in construction management and have a few years under my belt as a general contractor in commercial healthcare. I'm a rookie in real estate and I'm excited to learn and grow within this community.

My goal is to get into real estate as early as possible to learn the ropes and set myself up for financial freedom down the road. 

Based on what I've read so far it seems like wholesaling may be a great way to get my feet wet and expand from there, but what do I know?
