Homebuilder in Frederick, MD
Hi Guys,
My name is Graham Gedman, soon-to-be investor in the Frederick MD area. I’ve been lurking this site and listening to the podcasts for a while now, and I’m pretty close to being ready to get my feet wet…
My ultimate goal is to start my own homebuilding business (it’s what I’m doing now, but for a large company). There’s not much talk about new construction projects on this site, but I think it fits in perfectly with everything else I’m reading about. I’m spinning circles trying to get everything worked out to start a homebuilding business, but Bigger Pockets is certainly helping.

If you don't mind me asking, who do you work for currently? I have not been involved with any new builds out in Frederick (other than my old primary in Urbana, does that count?) but have done a hand full of projects there. I know NV, Ryan and a few other big builders are putting up tons of new builds in the area but I'm sure you have a much better pulse on the new build market than I do. Anyway Frederick lots do pop up from time to time so shoot out your criteria.
