New and getting started virtually - Live in Orange County, CA

Hello, BiggerPockets world! Been studying, podcast listening and preparing for months and ready to go out and get started while keeping the full-time Sales Director gig. Three military veterans and we're looking to start virtual wholesale/wholetail to build a bank and begin a buy-and-hold cash flow life, most likely multifamily properties. We have goals, we're motivated and we're hard working. We'll have starting capital to do marketing through multiple channels and are looking for buyers with specific goals in mind, property types and areas.

Any relationship building, connecting, or just plain community friendly interactions welcome. We relish advice and love to learn and grow as much as possible. We're determined to be successful and with three military guys together there's likely no way it will happen. Haha! 

Any advice or connections out there? Maybe just words of wisdom or encouragement?
