Hello. I just found 1-3 properties on the coast for a very affordable price, rentals and live in. However, I have low credit, no money down, and no money for escrow or closing cost. I'm sure this is an easy question for all you pros out there. I can check out hard money lenders, and mortgage loans offered on this site, but is there any other possible way?
