Hey, My name is Nick Jaeger! I am an echocardiographer by day and new real estate investor by night! Currently reside in Cheyenne, Wy with my girlfriend, Ali, and our two cats and two dogs.

So far my real estate investing journey is limited to money saver, which I consider myself an expert, and I am looking to buy my first investment. I am hoping to achieve financial independence and build a nice portfolio. I love to collect vinyl records, hike, and read.

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello,

    Welcome @Nicholas Jaeger! Learning and absorbing all the possible strategies in real estate is the best way to start. I advise to set a timeline and goal however so you don't get caught in analysis/paralysis(more common then you think). 

    Whether that's save $20k in a 6 months, read 3 books in 3 months or close on 1 property in 6 months, it's the timelines and goals that move the needle.
