Investing in Florida,

Hello,

I'm a buy and hold investor from Illinois and I'm looking to invest in some multi-family units in Florida. Can be Orlando, Clearwater, or Tampa areas (or ??). Looking to make some connections and building some investing relationships as I will be in the area in June. 

Any suggestions of who or where I should start is greatly appreciated?
