Where are all the pilots on here?! I know you are out there because a lot of you message me. I'd love to connect with all the pilots I haven't heard from though, and I think it is a really fun little niche of the BiggerPockets community.
Let us know what you fly, out of where, and what kind of real estate investing you do?
I'll start:
I'm a commercial pilot and CFI/CFII/CFI-MEI, FAA-certified banner tower (short-lived career doing it out of Miami for a bit), and I've been flying since 2001. I teach out of a flight school at KSMO, Santa Monica Airport. Mostly Cessnas, a lot of previous taildragger experience (my favorite!) and occasional other planes.
I live in LA but invest in out-of-state rental properties for cash flow.

Quite the mix of professional and recreational pilots here! I'm currently on the 757/767 based in Newark, NJ..the pride of the Northeast. SFR right now, trying to figure out how to keep contractors under control while on the road a majority of the month!
