    Yeah, I’ve helped with one recently.
    Did a refi on a small residential home used for assisted living.

    It was a DSCR loan 1.30+, around 60% LTV, mid-700s credit. Loan came in just under $1M. Way simpler than going full commercial, which was the big win.

    Happy to share what mattered most to the lender if anyone’s looking into this space.
