Loan options for Peer Space/ experience space
I own a 2 flat building with a massive garage (1100sqft with 13ft high ceilings). I'm looking to renovate the garage to be a photo/ dance studio with a private bathroom and rent it on Peer space for shoots, events, etc. I'm wondering what loan options are out there to get this done.
