Hello bigpockets, I'm a little stuck on how to acquire my first property for my RS company. I don't have enough capital to make my first investment, I know I need to leverage myself on private investors but the problem is that I need an attractive pitch for those investors. What do they recommend when presenting the idea to investors and where I can get the best comparables of nearby properties.
