As a first-time landlord, I’m excited for the journey ahead and already looking forward to my next property purchase. I know experience is one of the most valuable parts of real estate, so I’m open to connecting and partnering with others who are willing to share knowledge, collaborate on deals, and grow together. Right now, I’m focused on learning, building relationships, and creating long-term opportunities in real estate.

Honestly, that first deal teaches you more than months of podcasts and videos ever will. Your mindset is solid, too, because real estate gets a lot easier once you start building relationships with investors, lenders, contractors, and PMs who are already active in the business. Cincinnati is a great market to learn in, and many investors there also branch into other Midwest markets like Columbus, Dayton, and Cleveland once they get comfortable analyzing deals and scaling cash flow.
