Looking for a Canadian mentor

I'm at a bit of a pinch point with where I'm at and looking to find a mentor.  I live in Saskatchewan Canada so not sure how many on here are from here but looking for someone reasonably local who understands the local markets, Residential Tenancies act and resources available here.

General place I'm at...I have a handful of properties and doing it all on my own from the maintenance to working to save for down payments on the next ones (have a few off market deals in the bag and working through financing and have a long time friend looking to unload up to 40 doors in the next while so some of those might play in).  Looking for some guidance on structuring what I have going on, efficient systems and building a team and such.  I've spent a lot of time learning on my own, but the google searching and all that seems terribly inefficient and I'm limited to my own knowledge as far as what I should be looking it.  thanks in advance!
