If you could change one thing about the current real estate market, what would it be?

For me, it seems like many investors are spending more time finding the right deal than actually closing deals.

Honestly, I'd like to see more realism.

Realistic seller expectations.

Realistic underwriting.

Realistic financing assumptions.

A lot of time gets wasted when people are working from completely different versions of reality.
