@Bryan S. Read it and got a chance to hear Hal Elrod speak at a conference in Vegas a few years ago. Amazing story and the book is Great! Thanks for reaching out
@Saj Shah I have read a few Kiyosaki books, love Cashflow Quadrant. Havent read Profit First Ill have to check it out!
The Millionaire Booklet and 10X, by Grant Cardone.
Changed my mindset and philosophy on money. Truly opened my eyes to a new deep desire for income far beyond the middle class and it shows the harsh facts about why middle class pay is a very dangerous life to live. Also, why real estate focus should be "multi-family", not single family. 16 doors Plus! Anything less is dangerous, especially SFR.
The Richest Man in Babylon....George S. Clason
@Torrance Jones The Richest Man In Babylon places me in a continuous mindset to Earn, Save, and remain vigilant in my quest to become a better and smarter investor.....
@Jeffrey Douglas what did you think about "The Magic of Thinking Big?" I got about halfway through a paperback version and stopped. I guess it wasn't doing much for me. Wondering if I should finish it.
@Mike Acri mentioned "The One Thing". That is in my opinion the number one book on time management ever written. It is also my current favorite as the best business book I have ever read.
Thank to those that have contributed wo far. I have added two new books to my reading/listening list.
How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
"Never Split the Difference: Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It"
by Adam Ross, a former international hostage negotiator for the FBI
Great read. His principals apply to any negotiation in real estate. :)
Work Clean by Dan Charnas. Its adds time to you day. It is about time management and accomplishing goals the way top chefs do. I don't do audio books science says you retain more through learning. This year I am attempting to read a book every two weeks, write notes, and apply it. Next is Profit First read most of it but wasn't taking notes and fully applying it. Profit First is very good.
Ignition! The Informal History of Liquid Rocket Propellants by John D. Clark
@Jeffrey Douglas best book I’ve read this year is Recession Proof Real Estate by J Scott! Such a thorough book on how to determine where we are in the economic cycle and how to adjust your investing strategy to profit at any point in the cycle!
I wish I could read 5 books a day with as many that are on my list!
Never split the difference - Chris Voss
Can’t hurt me- David goggins- I actually started this for some reason when I ran a marathon a month or so back and it couldn’t have been a better selection. Not my first marathon but It was just perfect.
How to win friends and influence people
I am currently reading Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene and it is just what I needed. It offers concrete, step by step suggestions on what you need to do to invest out of state. This is not just a book that offers ideas. It is about action.
The War of Art - Steven Pressfeld
Richest Man in Babylon - George Clason
Never Eat Alone - Keith Ferazzi
A Man's Search for Meaning - Viktor E. Frankel
Every time I go for a run or train, I have him in my head pushing me. He’s a true savage, keeps it real.
The 10 X Rule by Grant Cardone. Game changer if you apply it.
@Jeffrey Douglas LAWS OF HUMAN NATURE by Robert Greene. Excellent information with a profound look inward.
Never Spilt The Difference by Chris Voss.
If you want to take your negotiating skills into the stratosphere, this book is exactly what you want. I've listened to it at least 5x in the last 3 months since downloading it on Audible. I also attribute the strategies in this book to the crazy good deal we just closed on two weeks ago. 5 stars!
So many great books, hard to narrow it down.
-Richest Man in Babylon
-How to Win Friends and Influence People
-Millionaire Next Door
-The Compound Effect
-Millionaire Real Estate Investor
-The Power of Full Engagement
@Jeffrey Douglas the section 8 bible series

Written by Adam Johnson. Fee download promo on Kindle right now.
I try and knock out about 2 Audiobooks per month. I find its a much better way to comprehend the message and many of these audiobooks I listen to twice!
1. Cash Flow Quadrant. Still my #1 most mind/attitude altering book I've ever read!
2. Crushing it in Apartments and commercial Real Estate by Brian Murray. Amazing book!
3. Trump Style Negotiation. A mind melting breakdown on negotiation and the psychology of negotiation. George Ross is an unbelievable wealth of knowledge!
4. Shoe Dog. With out a doubt the best written book I've ever read. I started listening on the way home from work and I ended up sitting in bed in the dark until 1 am listening! I couldn't pull myself away...
My two favorite books I've recently read and put into practice are...
Miracle Morning Millionaires by Hal Elrod and David Osborn
Tax Free Wealth by Tom Wheelright.
Miracle Morning Millionaires changed my mornings and made them more effective. And Tax Free Wealth is just an awesome tool for any investor. I love taxes and reading about them and Tom Wheelright is the best!
Best of luck!
