Anyone have a list of small local banks in Miami that deal in portfolio lending? Or/and that are willing to let you transfer your current loan to an LLC?

Are you trying to stay local in Miami, I am in Tampa/St.pete and there are no delays in the LLC program.

Yes, I'm looking at SF and MF in Miami and many of the banks wont do commercial loans at this time.

I am in S FL, and will be looking in the next ~6 months for a bank willing to lend against a multifamily portfolio.  If you have any names/referrals, I would be most appreciative.

Lets just say that one never stops looking :))
