Experienced coach house architect

Hello,

I have a legal non conforming 3 story coach house in roscoe village and need help understanding to what degree I can gut rehab the building. 

I am looking for a Chicago based architect who has done extensive coach house rehabs and can help with layout and what things the city will allow in a permit.
