Flip Deal Flow

How do I get in contact with local wholesalers? I’m in Monmouth County, NJ and looking to increase deal flow for flips but I’m having a hard time finding wholesalers in my area. Any ideas besides looking for bandit signs? If you’re a NJ wholesaler please reach out as I would love to connect.

Not sure about your specific area but you could try local Facebook and real estate meetup groups. That has helped me a lot
