Can anyone share good flipping software where you can track payments to contractors, receipts during a house flip? And upload photos of discrepancies for contractors?

Hey Jon! I use Autodesk. It is way cheaper than Procore and you can track expenses and payments to subs. There are also ways to file and track issues with construction through marking up plans and storing files and photos.
